In the middle of each game season, players get the chance to obtain 
Puzzling Cartel Chip, which can be exchanged for items from the current raid and current Mythic+ dungeons.
The opportunity to obtain Puzzling Cartel Chip becomes available in week 9–10 of each season. On that day, in Dornogal, a weekly quest titled «Trade Must Go On» will appear on the wall near the entrance to the Great Vault. To complete this quest, players must:

Completing this quest rewards players with tokens:
The quest can be completed up to 7 times, yielding a maximum of 9 tokens. It refreshes every week, so it’s important to complete it promptly.
For players who start the quest later or miss a few weeks, there is a catch‑up system that allows them to complete the quests up to the current week, regardless of previous restrictions.
It’s important to note that you can only obtain 9 tokens during this activity, which equals 3 items from the current raid or dungeons. Therefore, we recommend choosing wisely!

You can spend Puzzling Cartel Chip with special vendors who appear in Dornogal near the Great Vault and the quest placard. They sell selected items from the current raid — weapons, accessories, special items with effects, as well as all accessories from Mythic+ dungeons.

All vendor items will have the «Hero» and «Legend» ranks.
However, it’s not that simple — to exchange tokens for an item, players must meet certain conditions:
In other words, this system acts as a kind of safety net: if you defeat a boss but don’t get the desired item, you can exchange 3 tokens for it after the kill.
Progress in the system is individual for each character and does not transfer to the squad or other characters. Each character must complete quests and defeat bosses/complete dungeons to be able to exchange tokens.
