- All damage increased by 4%.

Guardian
- Damage of Mangle, Swipe, and Thrash reduced by 20%.
- Cat Form and Moonkin Form damage from Heart of the Wild reduced by 20%.
- Damage of Moonfire and Blood Moon reduced by 10%.
- Season 1 Class Set 4-piece bonus: Celestial Might now causes Mangle, Swipe, and Thrash to re-trigger at 50% effectiveness (was 100%).
