Lightforged Draenei — Race Guide

Lightforged Draenei are a group of draenei who are part of the Army of the Light. The draenei fought against the endless armies of the Burning Legion for countless years, and those most devoted to their cause underwent a ritual in which they were filled with the essence of the Holy Light, becoming the new Lightforged. They were followers of the Naaru Ze’ra.

After the defeat of the Burning Legion and its leader, the fallen titan Sargeras, the Lightforged Draenei embarked on a new mission — to protect Azeroth and help their race within the Alliance achieve victory in the war against the Horde. Thus, they became allies of the Alliance, swearing loyalty to King Anduin Wrynn.

Lightforged Draenei reside on the ship Vindicar.

Judgment of the Light

Summons a charge of Light energy that, after 3 sec., deals Holy damage to enemies within a 10 m radius. Targets beyond the 8th receive reduced damage.

Forge of Light

Summons the Forge of Light, enabling blacksmithing activities. Increases Blacksmithing skill by 5.

Demonbane

Increases experience gained from killing demons by 20 %.

Retribution of the Light

Upon death, explodes, dealing Holy damage to enemies within an 8 m radius and restoring an equal amount of health to allies.

Sacred Providence

Reduces damage taken from Holy magic by 1 % and increases healing done by 1 %.

Mount

The racial mount of the Lightforged Draenei is the Lightforged Felcrusher.

To unlock the Allied Race of Lightforged Draenei, you need to meet the following requirements:

• Earn the achievement Now You’re Ready.

This achievement includes completing the Argus questline, which takes several hours to finish.

• Complete the special quest that tells you why the Lightforged Draenei joined the Alliance.

Upon completing these requirements, you will receive the achievement Allied Races: Lightforged Draenei, as well as the Lightforged Tabard and the Lightforged Felcrusher.
